Technology Stewardship Agreements

Included in the TUG are the current terms and conditions of Bayer’s U.S. or Canadian Technology Stewardship Agreement (TSA). The TSA grants a grower a limited license to use Bayer Technologies in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the TSA. It specifies a licensed grower’s obligations related to product stewardship and Bayer’s intellectual property rights, among other things.
